Sunsilk Damaged Hair Reconstruction // BATTLE OF THE WASHES #1

Hello lovely humans! I hope you're well,

Today I bring to you a new series that will hopefully last as long as this blog lives. It's none other than a battle of hair washes! After each time I've used a new hair wash long enough for me to form an opinion of it, I will add it into this series, and will keep track of each top hair product via a leaderboard. Let me know in the comments below on your thoughts!

Today I will discuss Sunsilk's "Damaged Hair Reconstruction" shampoo and conditioner.

It's official, I have found my all time favourite drug store hair wash!

I was introduced to this by the weirdo chick you might have seen in my vlogs a fair while back (And if you have a good eye, you could possibly even spot these two beauties sitting in a plastic bag).

My hair is incredibly dry at the tips, and can get rather oily at the roots after two or so days of not washing it. When looking for a good shampoo and conditioner, I tend to gravitate towards those that claim to be for damaged hair, or ones that target dry ends and oily roots.

This pair works in harmony to give me soft and squeaky clean locks over the course of the days leading to my next wash. Depending on my laziness, I might also use some argon oil or some sort on the ends after washing, which I find leaves my hair in perfect condition until my roots get too oily to go anymore days without a clean.

It has your conventional hair wash scent so nothing fancy in the fragrance department. The shampoo lathers up quite well, and the conditioner can be used sparingly, making it out to be rather economical.

LEADERBOARD (woah..how impressive)
1.
SUNSILK: Damaged hair reconstruction

Until next time, lots of love,
