♡ February Favourites ♡

Hello Everyone!
I hope you're well,

I'm still attempting to wrap my head around the fact that we are already two months into the year, and that Autumn is now around the corner.

This month I did a bit of shopping (And you can see a recent haul here) and have managed to get my hands on some pretty cool things that I'd love to share with you.

I got the Frank body scrub a while back and have no idea why I still haven't gotten around to reviewing it or even mentioning it in my monthly favourites.
If you're not  familiar with this guy, you are most certainly missing out on some good stuff.
Your skin (no exaggeration here) literally feels as smooth as silk after using it, and also slightly moisturised. Plus, you smell like a cup of mocha after using it.

Just a little warning though, if you're not huge on the scent of coffee or get put off by strong fragrances I wouldn't give this a go as even just sitting in its bag in the bathroom can create quite the aroma.

I rarely stray from my comfortable selection of three make up removers, so it's quite a change for me to jump out and buy from another brand.
As you can see, I still haven't used a lot of this make up remover just yet, but I can assure you I am most definitely impressed with the results.
I'm one to pile on a lot of mascara, and reapply through the day so when it comes to removing it all at night its quite a chore. So I've always kept my eyes peeled for a makeup remover that will effectively strip my eyes free of makeup and to be gentle as it does this.

So far, so good, and there haven't been any incidents of irritation, and my face and eyes are left make up free before bed.

I'm a sucker for the Japanese Cherry Blossom range at The Body Shop, so when I saw this guy in amongst my christmas presents my eyes lit up like the tree behind me.
It's a beautiful scent that is soft enough to be mixed with your favourite perfume, yet strong enough if you wanted it to be left alone.

I'm a hairspray addict and get quite excited when I discover a new hairspray. Now, before you go judging me for not buying this any sooner, I'd like to remind you that I've spent around two years over in Vietnam where I've been stuck with a very limited selection of crappy hairsprays that smells like baby powder and end up flaking up through the day.

I had given it a go in a travel size before, and I had remembered that experience as being a good one so I went ahead and repurchased it. And let me tell you, I will most definitely be picking it up again once it's finished.

It keeps your hair tamed throughout the whole of the day and brushes out easily. So if you're on the lookout for a new hairspray and haven't used this one, I strongly urge you to do so.

I'm a bit late on buying this eyeliner from Maybelline, but at least I did eventually get around to it.
The liner is perfect for lining your waterline, but it can take a bit of effort and patience to neatly apply it across your lash line. I've found it does a great job, also, at staying put all day too.
(excuse my unkempt eyebrows)

I purchased my first Frankie magazine last week and that was probably the best decision I made in that day. I have been nothing but impressed and inspired by all the quirky pages, and will definitely be picking up the next month's issue.

If you aren't familiar with Frankie, let me sum it up for you quickly: page after page of glorious photography worthy of sticking up on your walls.

I'm incredibly late on this bandwagon, but I made sure I'd scored myself a place in the fandom before the movie. Divergent is seriously now one of my most favourite books ever, and to see that Shailene and Theo would be starring in it...do I have to explain my excitement for the movie?

Okay, so remember how I said I purchased that green pair of shorts from Supre and thought they were awesome enough to buy another pair? Well..I went out and got yet another pair, this time in black.
If you live in Australia and find yourself in a Supre store DO NOT leave without at least two pairs of these. You'll thank me later.
They're incredibly comfortable, and super easy to style.

As for my favourite people of the month, I'm a huge shipper of Sheo, and you will be too after going on a late night marathon of Shailene and Theo interviews. They're both super funny, and you can't help but admire Shailene. She very articulate and speaks in such a way that you find yourself coming back for more. Plus, she's got incredible hair and a very cool sense of style.

As for Mr. James, he's british plus a huge crack up. 'nough said.

My dislike of the month is this Covergirl foundation. If you would like a thorough review on this be sure to comment below.
I found it to be very watery and hard to blend in, plus it smelt quite off too.

Thats it for today's post! I hope you enjoyed it.

Now, I shall leave you with two pictures of my newest addition and my blogs mascot, Daisy the lazy/crazy.

Lots of love,
